We will gladly accept the return/exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, or the item is not what you wanted, for 7 days of receiving your order. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days of receiving your order.
In order for refund, credit, or exchange to be granted, all items purchased must be returned in their original and unworn condition. All original packaging and all paperwork must be returned as well. Shipping and handling costs will be not credited. Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned. Please print the RMA number on the outside of the package.
In order to return an item please log on to your account and create a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If you don't have an account send us an email to request a RMA #. We are unable to process returns/exchanges without RMA #.
For your security please return item(s) with an insured courier and retain your shipping receipt. RZ Jewelry Shop is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

| We offer free shipping, Standard (ground) only, via USPS only in the U.S. Any other shipping options will be charged and calculated at the time of checkout based on the order value and shipping address. Sorry no shipping to P.O. Box. International shipping takes 10-16 business days.
Items available for immediate shipment will have an IN STOCK notation in the product description and will ship in 2-4 business days. Items without the notation will ship in 2-4 weeks. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or on any major holidays.Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by RZ Jewelry Shop or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
