We will gladly accept the return/exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, or the item is not what you wanted, for 7 days of receiving your order. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days of receiving your order.
In order for refund, credit, or exchange to be granted, all items purchased must be returned in their original and unworn condition. All original packaging and all paperwork must be returned as well. Shipping and handling costs will be not credited. Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned. Please print the RMA number on the outside of the package.
In order to return an item please log on to your account and create a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If you don't have an account send us an email to request a RMA #. We are unable to process returns/exchanges without RMA #.
For your security please return item(s) with an insured courier and retain your shipping receipt. RZ Jewelry Shop is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
